Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms offered to us were rather large, comfortable, modern, clean, and well-equipped. We opted for a garden view villa with a pool at an extra discounted cost, which we were more than happy to pay for.
The hotel boasts incredibly spacious rooms with large bathrooms containing both a stand-alone shower and bath, making it the largest I have ever seen. While it shines as a 4.5-star property, there are some gaps that didn't go unnoticed.
From the Luxury Car pickup at the airport to the free unprompted upgrade to our partial sea view room, my stay was fantastic. The rooms were minimalistic, clean, with views of the garden, and I loved watching the monkeys. The pools were always clean, and the ice cream bar in the afternoon, although a tad expensive, was lovely.
The hotel is set against the backdrop of the Andaman Sea, offering clean swimming pool and a nice walking trail. The rooms, more typically Malaysian, are comfortable but could use some improvement in upkeep. Service is professional and welcoming, although some staff members lack a friendly demeanor at times. The location, just on the outskirts of Kuah, provides a peaceful escape from the crowds but has some cleanliness issues in the pool area. The dining experience offers a variety of cuisines and beautiful ocean views. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be enhanced.
The hotel was fantastic overall, with spacious rooms and great facilities. The staff made extra efforts to ensure a memorable stay, though some service aspects fell short. The location was stunning, offering picturesque views and convenient access to nearby attractions. The dining experience was a mix of delightful variety and minor quality issues.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, the dining experience could be improved, and the location was more beautiful than expected. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers a beautiful and expansive setting with stunning pool and beach areas, but it may feel a bit remote for those looking to explore the nearby village or restaurants easily. Rooms are spacious and provide an excellent garden view, however, some issues with black mold were noted. The service is outstanding with friendly and helpful staff, especially Rashi at the Breeze lounge, ensuring a pleasant stay. The dining options are commendable, offering a good variety of dishes but with some minor drawbacks in flavor balance. Overall, a well-maintained and clean resort with reasonable prices for Bonvoy members.
I was genuinely surprised that they only market this as a partial sea view hotel because the rooms are all light and airy with everything you could wish for. The location was good with a view, just needs better lighting in the evening. Great for relaxation or playing games with the kids in-and-around the pool.
The hotel offered a clean room with a superb location, friendly staff, and a tasty welcome drink. However, the room needed upgrades due to tired furniture and general wear and tear of a busy resort.
